About the RoleA well-established staffing firm in San Jose is seeking a sharp, tech-savvy Recruiter to support daily recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will help source and coordinate candidates across a variety of industries including legal, administrative, finance, HR, creative, medical, and technical roles. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and using technology to stay organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate submission.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
- Post, maintain, and close job postings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in Avionté (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding tasks including background checks, reference checks, and new hire documentation.
- Track and follow up on timecards for temporary employees.
- Maintain regular communication with placed candidates and active temporary staff.
- Help identify new candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and Linked In.
- Support internal recruiting and business development efforts by helping reactivate past clients and identify new prospects.
- Work closely with the internal team to prioritize job orders and fill positions efficiently.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or a fast-paced administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Avionté preferred) and job boards such as Linked In, Indeed, or Zip Recruiter.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and calendar management tools

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
