The Opportunity

As a Senior Talent Partner supporting Adobe's Corporate Functions, you'll drive high‑impact hiring by leading complex searches, guiding senior leaders, and elevating the overall talent strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings deep functional hiring expertise across HR, Finance and Legal, and consistently operates with strategic influence and leadership.

What you'll Do Lead Complex, High Profile Searches
  • Own end‑to‑end hiring for specialized and senior‑level Corporate Function roles.
  • Apply business and market insight to shape hiring decisions.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive searches with integrity and credibility.
Navigate High Stakes Situations
  • Guide leaders through shifting priorities, urgent scaling needs, and ambiguous role requirements.
  • Manage time‑critical, business‑impacting searches with excellent judgment and composure.
Demonstrate Expert Level Agility
  • Pivot quickly as business needs evolve across functions and priorities.
  • Handle a dynamic workload while maintaining consistently high execution quality.
Provide Leadership & Influence
  • Identify and implement scalable recruiting improvements.
  • Partner with senior leaders on hiring strategy, expectations, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver expert insights on talent markets, compensation, and trends.
Drive Strategic Impact
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable talent strategies.
  • Use data to anticipate needs, identify gaps, and inform decision‑making.
  • Build proactive pipelines for niche roles and emerging skill areas.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that strengthen Adobe's competitive position and brand.
Mentor & Elevate the Team
  • Mentor junior and mid‑level Talent Partners and share best practices.
  • Help strengthen capability, consistency, and delivery across the TA team.
Act as a Cultural Beacon
  • Model Adobe values and support adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑trust TA culture.
What you need to succeed
  • 7‑10+ years full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Corporate Functions.
  • Proven success leading complex, ambiguous searches with minimal oversight.
  • Proven ability to influence senior partners and shape talent strategy.
  • High judgment, discretion, and business insight.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others.
  • Exceptional communication, advising and partnership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic work with flawless execution.

Expected Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,100 – $257,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $177,800 - $257,450.

State‑Specific Notices

California – Adobe will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment in accordance with state and local laws and "fair chance" ordinances.
