As a Service Now Senior Consultant, you’ll lead transformations that give clients a competitive edge and help them overcome creative and technical challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Act as a workstream lead across all phases of a Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project—including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
• Analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, and offer leading‑practice recommendations.
• Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter experts.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery models—including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
• Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
• Travel as required to meet client needs.

• Ability to manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
• Strong communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of two of the following Service Now certifications:
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
• Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

• Competitive base salary: $102,500 – $187,900 (US) with higher ranges for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
