Senior Network / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Overview
Drive and support a global, business-critical public cloud and data center network infrastructure
. This role focuses on large-scale network deployment, automation, operations, and troubleshooting in a globally distributed environment.
Design, deploy, operate, and scale global cloud and data center network infrastructure.
Automate network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and decommissions using Ansible, Python, and in-house tools.
Perform incident response, root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
Plan and execute production changes, capacity expansions, and code upgrades.
Partner with project managers, operations, vendors, and data center teams.
Participate in on-call rotation and global change execution.
Triaging and remediation of network security vulnerabilities.
Support CI/CD and network orchestration workflows.
10 years of network engineering experience; 4 years in network automation.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Ansible; Terraform or Go a plus).
Deep knowledge of routing, switching, security, and load balancing.
Experience with BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MCLAG, VLANs, NAT, ACLs, IPSEC, SNMP (MPLS a plus).
Hands-on experience with Juniper Junos, Cisco IOS, Linux/Cumulus, and REST APIs.
Linux/Unix system administration and troubleshooting experience preferred.
Automation-first mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Bitbucket, Dev Ops pipelines).
