The OpportunityAs part of the Events team, you'll build world-class online event capabilities for two major events each year:
Adobe MAX—the ultimate creativity conference for creative professionals and creators, and Adobe Summit—the world-class digital experience conference. You'll also help us scale our native events platform to deliver hundreds of local and online events each year. You'll own and ship features that directly impact our customers and take part in telling Adobe's story of relentless innovation and creativity!
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to connect front-end customer experiences with back-end technology, crafting a scalable ecosystem that delivers engaging customer interactions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to drive innovative solutions and ensure flawless implementation.
What you'll Do- Discover, define, and complete the internal digital events product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on data, customer insights, and industry guidelines.
- Partner with internal customers to identify problems, set priorities, and manage a backlog of features, working closely with engineering teams.
- Build compelling arguments, clearly articulating the impact and value of proposed initiatives.
- Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and product builds.
- Convert requirements into comprehensive feature specifications and user stories, incorporating acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve project issues, ensuring successful implementation.
- Prepare and present business reviews, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Evaluate new market opportunities for digital events and identify strategic areas of growth.
- BA/BS degree in a technical field (CS, EE, or similar) or marketing field. MS or MBA a plus.
- 3+ years of product management experience, with experience related to digital marketing.
- Demonstrated skill in converting business challenges into comprehensive product requirements, drafting functional specifications, and user stories.
- Experience with complex problem spaces and the ability to handle open-ended build projects.
- Focused with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient in defining roadmaps and delivering with agile software development methodologies.
- Analytical abilities to test hypotheses and make compelling recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to gain organizational support for recommendations.
- Experience working with global teams and understanding regional needs.
- Familiarity with web design, digital marketing technologies, digital events technologies, web content management systems, and marketing data analytics.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $105,300 -- $205,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $141,700 - $205,150.
