Overview

Minimum of 15 years of IT experience. Good experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related disciplines. Proven track record of managing large-scale AI programs and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. Define and implement AI and GenAI vision, strategy, and roadmap. Experience in building AI/ML and GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, multimodal models, and advanced architecture. Proficiency in leading cloud AI platforms (AWS Sage Maker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) and modern AI/GenAI frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic) for scalable enterprise solutions.

Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams. In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and ethical considerations in AI. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary AI Program Manager to join our team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale technology program management. As the AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic AI initiatives, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformative AI solutions that align with organizational goals.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex AI programs and projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement the organization’s AI strategy in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and operational improvement.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and external partners.
  • Establish best practices and governance for AI development, deployment, and ethical use.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, timelines, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the AI team.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines in all AI initiatives.
