As a Technical Campaign Manager, you will lead the migration and operationalization of campaign systems to enable successful global digital launches. You will partner with marketing, engineering, product, and operations stakeholders to ensure campaign technical integrity and scalable delivery. Work model:
Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite in the Bay Area; core collaboration hours 07:30-10:00 AM PT. This is a 2 year contract, full time hours.
Campaign Execution
-Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns across global markets.
-Partner with Web Production, Product Engineering, Product Management, Data Engineering, and Design to deliver localized, scalable experiences.
-Scale tests and pilots into full global launches that drive key business KPIs.
Program & Project Management
-Maintain long-term program roadmaps and launch calendars to provide visibility into tests, launches, dependencies, and risks.
-Lead stand-ups and cross-functional meetings across time zones.
-Proactively identify and clear blockers, escalating risks and decisions to leadership when needed.
Documentation & Reporting
-Produce and maintain campaign documentation, including launch communications, Customer Care briefings, and operational playbooks.
-Provide reporting, insights, and post-launch readouts to stakeholders and leadership.
Core Requirements
-5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations within SaaS or tech-centric environments.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Hands-on ownership experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, including campaign setup, QA, and launches.
-Strong proficiency with JIRA (tickets, dashboards, Kanban/Agile boards) and Confluence (documentation using macros).
-Solid understanding of Agile delivery mechanics, including sprint planning and backlog management.
-Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially Excel (filters, conditional formatting, VLOOKUPs).
Collaboration & Communication
-Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
-Comfortable collaborating synchronously and asynchronously with global teams.
-Slack power user; experience leveraging bots and integrations for productivity.
-Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Loop, Power Apps, and Power BI.
-Experience using React or internal lightweight web-based tools.
-Background in tech start-ups or fast-growth environments.
-Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate scripting, debugging, and automation.
$56.34 - $70.42/hour
