Technical Writer – Enterprise & Technical Documentation

Client:
Virtusa / Google Fiber Inc.

• Create high-quality technical documentation including user guides, process documentation, API guides, FAQs, and release notes.
• Work closely with engineers, BAs, and product teams to understand technical requirements and workflows.
• Convert complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for business and technical users.
• Ensure documentation of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding and style guidelines.
• Edit, proofread, and review content to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain documentation, repositories and version control.
• Support customer-facing and internal documentation needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of documentation aligned with project milestones.

• Strong experience in technical writing for software or enterprise platforms.
• Excellent written English communication and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical architecture, APIs, and workflows.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, or enterprise business applications is a plus.
