Overview
Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA
. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise with AEM Assets Cloud Service to troubleshoot platform issues and manage asset workflows and governance practices.
Rate Range: $35/hour to $37/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Monitor and operate AEM Assets as a Cloud Service environment, ensuring stable platform performance and adherence to cloud-native best practices.
- Troubleshoot platform issues by interpreting logs, analyzing performance metrics, and resolving errors across asset pipelines and workflows.
- Manage and optimize DAM operations, including metadata, taxonomy, asset governance, and workflow configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment activities, platform updates, and operational changes via Cloud Manager and Adobe Admin Console.
- Document operational processes, platform configurations, and support procedures while maintaining high-quality stakeholder communication.
- Support automation and efficiency improvements using Adobe Sensei capabilities and asset processing pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience working with AEM Assets, preferably AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Proven ability to manage DAM operations, including metadata, taxonomy, workflows, and governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and platform monitoring skills, with experience analyzing logs, performance metrics, and cloud-native environments.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
