IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Payrate: $50.00 - $52.00/hr.
SummaryOur teams drive and deliver programs across Company, building new products and launching them globally. These programs span multiple teams, projects, locations and involve complex technologies. Program Managers plan, execute, track and manage end-to-end solutions to ensure the desired customer and business value is delivered. They drive efforts across the Company enterprise - focused on product teams and including operations, infrastructure, and all other functions necessary to deliver our goals.
They always demonstrate a solid understanding of the program vision and roadmap and keep stakeholders aligned to ensure success.
We are currently seeking Development Program Managers with relevant experience in Agile project management, product launch management, change management and organizational dynamics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize planning activities to create release/program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise planning expectations.
- Define launch strategies for new product capabilities, including geographic scope, rollout plans, timing, ramp, and analytics.
- Manage stakeholder groups proactively to establish interdependencies, identify risks and resource constraints, and remove roadblocks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with leaders and stakeholders to address key issues and make sound decisions.
- Develop measurable KPIs for programs that align with overall product KPIs.
- Design and oversee pilots and beta testing.
- Establish and manage clear gating criteria with business partners for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Maintain active communication with adjacent programs and external stakeholders, including international regions.
- Identify and escalate program impediments as needed.
- Lead program retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Advocate and manage program implementation in line with Company’s product lifecycle management.
- Monitor cross-product/program synergies and communicate opportunities to simplify or align work across teams.
- Ensure effective governance and stakeholder management, including timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Assess current methodologies, identify gaps against best practices, and continuously improve processes to support aggressive deployment schedules.
- 8+ years of relevant experience across roles and levels.
- Proven success in organizing multiple teams delivering software/product development initiatives; agile lifecycle management experience preferred.
- Track record of managing complex development programs to deliver technical solutions and achieve business results, positively impacting customer experience.
- Ability to build effective, matrixed, cross-organizational relationships across business and technology stakeholders in multiple geographies.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to represent the voice of the customer throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, tools, templates, and techniques.
- Experience with software development methodologies, including agile frameworks such as Scrum.
- Demonstrated success in developing program/project artifacts to support major software implementation programs with concurrent releases.
- Bias toward action and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong cross-team management skills; self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
- Team player with energy, focus, and commitment; able to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Professional confidence and credibility, with strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Sharp business judgment, detail-oriented, yet able to maintain a strategic “big picture” perspective.
- Strong influencing and partnering skills across mediums and organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize among competing needs, advocate for a course of action, and pursue it consistently.
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic situations.
- Familiarity with management tools, development languages, and cloud services (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, Java, Node.js, API Gateway).
