• As a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager, you willserve as the program manager driving client Finance’s conversationalanalytics transformation. This role is responsible for coordinatingmulti-phase, cross functional initiatives that modernize how Financeaccesses, analyzes, and consumes data. The ideal candidate has a business forward transformation mindset, strong operational leadership, and aproven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and support strategic and transformation programs that drive Finance modernization, including the conversational analyticsprogram in the Finance organization. Partner with project sponsors,Finance leadership, data teams, and functional SMEs to define programscope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and operatingmechanisms. Drive alignment on business outcomes tied to automation,efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement.
• You will apply program/project management methods toplan, execute, and monitor work streams, ensuring clarity of scope,predictable delivery, and adoption of technical capabilities across
  
  Finance. As a natural leader and team builder, you will coordinate complexworkstreams, delegate effectively, challenge assumptions, and push for process excellence and innovation.
• This is a highly collaborative role requiring strongpartnership with Finance, IT, Data/Analytics teams, and other cross functional stakeholders to drive operational readiness, continuous improvement, and executive level decision making. You will also championorganizational change through communication, training, UAT coordination,and stakeholder alignment.
