We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to drive AI-powered content development for next-generation networking products. This role focuses on translating complex technical concepts, workflows, and product functionality into clear, engaging, and user-focused content. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and experienced in leveraging AI and GenAI tools to enhance technical communication and content strategy.

• Use in-house AI-powered tools to simplify complex product concepts, workflows, and tasks for diverse audiences including end users, network administrators, and developers
• Drive a unified content strategy
  , establishing standardized release processes, development best practices, and feedback mechanisms
• Identify complex information needs of target audiences and develop comprehensive content plans
• Create high-quality technical documentation for complex product and solution deployment

• Leverage AI-driven content analytics to act as the voice of the user and provide actionable feedback to engineering, product management, and technical marketing teams
• Actively contribute to integrating GenAI use cases into existing and new content workflows
• Apply Generative AI principles such as prompt engineering, model evaluation, and ethical AI usage in content creation
• Perform resource workload assessment and balancing across multiple projects
• Mentor and guide junior technical writers; demonstrate strong team-building skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams
• Take on special projects and stretch assignments beyond regular responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with deep knowledge of technical writing principles
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and their practical application in content creation
• Proven ability to understand, simplify, and communicate complex networking technologies
• Strong learning agility and adaptability to evolving technologies

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills using data and AI-driven insights
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with content structures, CMS platforms, source control, and content governance
• Familiarity with structured authoring environments such as DITA and XML
