Senior Program Manager, Delivery Operations; FTC

As a Senior Program Manager, Offer Delivery Operations (FTC), you will lead end-to-end delivery for complex offer and route-to-market programs that enable partner launches and digital fulfillment. You will drive readiness across technical and operational stakeholders and influence delivery approach and timelines. Work model:
Hybrid, three days per week onsite in San Jose.

• Lead delivery for complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment independently.
• Ensure operational and technical readiness for launches through structured planning and validation.
• Act as an escalation point for delivery blockers, risks, and launch issues.
• Partner closely with AUP and platform teams on delivery design, integrations, and fulfillment models.
• Translate business and partner requirements into clear operational and technical needs.
• Identify system dependencies, risks, and edge cases early in planning and support testing and issue resolution.
• Design scalable workflows, governance models, and standardized intake/readiness/launch processes.
• Document runbooks, SOPs, and delivery patterns; recommend tooling and automation improvements.
• Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, and launch performance; build dashboards and reporting.

• 7+ years in program management, delivery operations, technical operations, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience working with engineering or platform teams on system-dependent launches.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in system and integration discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, or digital fulfillment ecosystems.
• Background in partner operations or offer delivery.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or platform-based delivery.
• Experience designing operational workflows or scaling delivery programs.
• Experience supporting high-visibility launches with executive stakeholders.

$53.52 - $66.90/hour
