Tech Insights is seeking a Project Manager who is looking to grow their project management skills on a dynamic product marketing team. This position supports operational effectiveness and cross‑functional alignment by facilitating collaboration among product managers, technical product managers, segment leaders, product marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that product development and marketing projects move smoothly and efficiently. The Project Manager will support the implementation of AI‑enabled workflows, assist in tracking project risks and dependencies, oversee the publication of marketing content, and support clear communication across teams.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving abilities, with a willingness to learn and develop within a fast‑moving, complex environment. - Facilitate collaboration across product managers, technical product managers, segment leaders and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly and contribute to alignment on priorities, scope and milestones.
- Proactively identify communication gaps, support project risk monitoring and dependency tracking and maintain critical‑path visibility with timely escalation of delivery threats.
- Oversee platform marketing content publishing workflow, ensuring accurate tagging, brand compliance, formatting and quality control. Track content performance metrics for optimisation.
- Adopt and apply AI tools for documentation, meeting summaries, project tracking, data analysis and reporting to reduce administrative overhead and streamline workflows. Maintain AI models with appropriate source files and track usage and outcomes.
- Support preparation of status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking that measure project health, velocity and business impact. Facilitate key meetings and stakeholder touchpoints to maintain organisational alignment.
- Maintain organised documentation repositories that provide accurate, up‑to‑date visibility into project scope, history, decisions and status. Establish documentation standards and ensure knowledge transfer continuity.
- At least one year of project management experience; background in marketing, product marketing or product management is a plus.
