IT Infrastructure Team Lead​/Project Manager

Reporting to Sr. IT Services Director, IT Infrastructure Team Lead will lead design, planning, execution and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects including Server and Storage Upgrades, Security Initiatives, Network Upgrades, Cloud Migrations and more. This role requires deep technical understanding of IT Infrastructure systems and strong project management skills, in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review current IT Infrastructure including storage, backup, network and contribute to enhancements for resilience and reliability

· Maintain up to date IT Infrastructure documentation

· Ensure that infrastructure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements

· Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects (technical planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Support etc.)

· Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations and ensure on time and on budget project delivery meeting quality standards

· Manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders

· Coordinate change management and ensure minimal impact on business operations

· Maintain project documentation and generate regular progress reports

· Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure project management practices

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure design/support as a team lead

· 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management

· Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure (Active Directory, networking, storage, servers, VPN, cloud, virtualization, VDI, security)

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, O365) and Video Conferencing services

· Knowledge of data protection and Enterprise backup solutions

· Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, enterprise infrastructure projects

· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)

· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
