We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience, preferably with semiconductor industry experience, to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards, reports, and semantic data models that support business objectives and data-driven decision-making. This role works closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and IT teams to define reporting requirements and deliver scalable, governed BI solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models to support business objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and end-to-end BI solutions.
• Define reporting data requirements and collaborate with database and ETL teams to design and develop reporting tables, views, and queries.
• Connect to multiple data sources; import, transform, validate, and model data for business intelligence purposes.
• Develop and optimize advanced DAX calculations, measures, and queries using Power BI Desktop.
• Design and optimize semantic models, including Analysis Services tabular and multidimensional models aligned with data warehouse standards.
• Implement and manage row-level security (RLS) and understand application security layer models within Power BI.
• Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics, APIs, or automation frameworks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize report and model performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and adherence to BI best practices and enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to business users and report developers.
• Document design methodologies, technical architecture, and development standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI role.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, including defining reporting tables and views.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proven ability to lead complex BI initiatives and work independently.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Semiconductor industry experience, including familiarity with sales forecasting, backlog, bookings, billings, pricing, revenue recognition, or supply chain analytics.
• Experience with Azure analytics services (e.g., Synapse, Data Factory, Analysis Services).
• Experience supporting ERP and CRM platforms commonly used in semiconductor environments (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce).
• Experience building executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting.
• Experience working with large-scale, high-volume transactional datasets.

• Ability to translate complex semiconductor business processes into scalable, enterprise BI solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
