Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist to support the migration of partners to a new platform, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity. This role involves executing high-volume migration tasks, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with partners. The specialist will manage data, track progress, and utilize ticketing systems to ensure efficient operations throughout the project.
- Execute repetitive, high-volume migration tasks with precision.
- Investigate and troubleshoot migration blockers to find root causes.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners during the migration process.
- Maintain accurate migration progress records in Salesforce and Excel.
- Manage migration inquiries and technical issues using Zendesk.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Salesforce proficiency.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Managed Service Provider (MSP) business model experience is preferred.
Industry/Education ExperienceRole focused on driving operational excellence, ensuring accurate data management, and supporting marketing campaigns and executive programs.
