Lead Service Now Developer
Location: U.S. – San Jose (Office based)
Responsibilities- Developing & implementing new Service Now applications.
- Contributing to workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications and automate/improve business processes.
- Creating/Managing web portals for internal and external clients using JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular.
- Monitoring Service Now health, usage and compliance.
- Working directly with end users to resolve issues.
- Participating in problem-solving during development, testing and production.
- 8–12 years of experience (minimum 6+ years in Service Now application development).
- Strong understanding of Service Now products (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, Sec Ops).
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web platform concepts.
- Experience with creating, configuring and managing Service Now objects (Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros).
- Experience deploying and validating Service Now patches/updates and new platform versions.
- Experience performing integrations between Service Now and other business systems.
- Experience in Agile environment.
- Excellent communication, detail‑oriented, strong problem‑solving and customer‑centric attitude.
