This role will report to the Manager, Control Center Operations and be based in San Jose, CA. It is a fully on-site, in-office role.
Role and Responsibilities- Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
- Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
- Maintain detailed logs of events and troubleshooting
- Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors and other groups
- Positive can do attitude
- Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast pace work environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter that shows the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Analytical and proficient in MS Office
- 24/7 operations in rotating shift schedule
Working hours:
8 hour shifts to support 24 hour operation. First Shift: 6:00 a.m to 2:30 p.m.
High School or Community college education
Salary Range$28.02 - $40.32
