The Role
We're looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire a team, own the stage, and drive real pipeline. As Sr. Director of Global Customer Experiences Centers, you'll lead a distributed team of presenters and virtual demo specialists across our three NECs in Oslo, San Jose, and Denver. Also provide playbooks for in person customer site visits in London and future office sites.
Each center houses its own virtual demo team, giving us a follow-the-sun capability to engage customers and partners across every region. You won't just be managing from the sidelines, you'll be in the room and on screen, presenting Neat's story to our most strategic audiences worldwide.
This is a role for someone who obsesses over messaging that evolves with our product portfolio, loves coaching people to their best, and gets a genuine buzz from seeing a great demo land perfectly. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and the NECs, shaping how Neat shows up for its most important audiences globally.
What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Global Team
- Manage, coach, and develop NEC presenters and virtual demo teams across Oslo, San Jose, and Denver.
- Set clear performance expectations and lead regular one-on-ones, team reviews, and skill-development programs.
- Create consistency in delivery standards and messaging frameworks across all three regional hubs.
- Foster a culture of storytelling excellence and customer obsession in partnership with sales and product.
- Own virtual selling strategy and execution across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
- Build and refine scalable playbooks for each NEC's virtual demo team to run globally.
- Track and improve key metrics including pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and engagement quality.
- Report performance and progress to senior stakeholders, tying NEC efforts directly to revenue outcomes.
- Lead development and refinement of Neat's thought leadership messaging across all NECs.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product launches into compelling NEC and virtual tour narratives.
- Adapt messaging for distinct buyer personas - IT decision-makers, CIOs, end users, and partners.
- Champion feedback loops that capture session insights and feed them back into the product story.
- Step in as a hands-on presenter for high-priority in-person and virtual customer sessions.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase the power and simplicity of Neat's solutions.
- Set the standard for presentation excellence across the global team.
- Ensure all three NEC locations are presentation-ready, technically flawless, and on-brand at all times.
- Manage the NEC calendar across hubs in coordination with sales and partner teams.
- Continuously evolve the NEC experience - from tech setup to run-of-show - to exceed customer expectations.
- You've led customer-facing or revenue-enabling teams in a global or multi-hub environment and have a track record of building virtual selling or NEC programs with measurable impact on pipeline.
- You're an exceptional presenter and storyteller, equally comfortable in front of a live audience as you are on camera.
- You have strong coaching instincts, a deep understanding of messaging strategy, and solid knowledge of video collaboration platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
- You are fluent in English, comfortable working across time zones and early/late nights depending on customer needs, and thrive in fast-moving, innovation-driven environments.
Experience & Background
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, product management, or customer success - with a track record of leading customer-facing or revenue-enabling programs.
- Proven experience managing high-performing global or multi-hub teams.
- Background in building and scaling virtual selling or Executive Briefing Center (EBC/NEC) programs with measurable pipeline impact
- Deep understanding of video collaboration platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
