We have teams in Northern America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. The Management Office of PICO serves the business CEO and the core management team. It is responsible for important tasks such as assisting in formulating medium and long-term business strategies, conducting user research and data analysis, executing investments and acquisitions, and establishing connections with strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

- Support PICO business leader and the core management team to devise medium- and long-term strategies for AR, VR, and AI. This involves comprehensive considerations in business models, technological advancements, and content ecosystem development.

- Undertake in-depth analysis of the strategic initiatives of mainstream companies. Continuously monitor shifts in technology trends, product evolutions, and organizational frameworks.

- Systematically track and research emerging technology companies. Proactively explore investment, acquisition prospects, or potential partnership opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field, such as engineering, or computer science. Have the ability to conduct in-depth technology strategy research.

- 5+ years in strategy, research, product, or business development in consumer electronics, VR/AR, semiconductors, display & optics, or AI industry.

- Possess prior strategic work or research experience. Exhibit exceptional learning agility and a down-to-earth, practical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Have investment experience, with a preference for individuals who approach investments from a strategic perspective rather than being solely deal-driven.

- Have hands-on AI work experience, preferably in a relevant industry context
