The Sr. Test Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. With a focus on SQL, Python, Go, AWS, Mongo

DB, the candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Industry Essentials ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

• Good Experience in Python and SQL.
• Good Experience in Mongo

• Good experience in LLM and RAG is a bonus.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Execute test cases and analyze results to identify software defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test scenarios.
• Utilize SQL and Python to automate test processes and enhance testing efficiency.
• Ensure that all testing activities align with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide detailed documentation of test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the HxGN EAM team to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to validate software updates and enhancements.
• Identify and implement improvements in testing processes to increase productivity.
• Monitor and report on testing progress ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Support the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices.

• Possess strong expertise in SQL and Python for test automation and data analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HxGN EAM to ensure effective testing of enterprise asset management solutions.
• Have a solid understanding of Industry Essentials to align testing with domain-specific requirements.
• Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve software issues.
• Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Display attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate documentation.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing technologies.
