As Staff Engineer -- IT Network you'll play a role to support company wide network environments as part of Global IT team. You will be working very closely with other global team members to support the enterprise network and come up with world class network for our employees.
This role will play a key part in improving network reliability, building modern monitoring platforms, and ensuring high availability of critical infrastructure across data centers, cloud environments, and office locations. Provides guidance and expertise to management and users on topics surrounding strategy and best practices. Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions. Exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise and data center network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).
- Deploy and manage network monitoring and observability tools for proactive issue detection.
- Build or enhance network monitoring platforms to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies to maintain secure connectivity.
- Work closely with cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to support hybrid network environments.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and network optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex network incidents and lead root cause analysis.
- Support data center deployments, migrations, and hardware refresh projects.
- Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in on‑call support and incident response when required.
- Expertise in Next generation Firewall Setup and Configuration.
- In‑depth knowledge on routing protocols TCP/IP, LACP, LLDP, VXLAN, BFD, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC.
- Good understanding of IPSec VPN and remote access VPN technologies.
- Experience building or managing network monitoring and observability tools (Logic Monitor, Zabbix, and Grafana, or similar).
- Experience with data center technologies such as leaf‑spine architecture, load balancers, or high‑availability designs.
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Working experience with routing protocols, VPN encryption technologies, modern switching platforms and firewalls including policy implementation.
- Expert in the configuration, design and management of network equipment including switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Experience working with hardware platforms Juniper, and Cisco must.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- 8‑12 years of experience in Enterprise Networking.
- Working knowledge in SDWAN.
- Experience with managing redundant data circuits DIA, SDWAN, Amazon Dx.
- Hands‑on experience using monitoring tools, automation tools (Python) etc.
