Position: Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce, Vibe Coding)

Overview

Cadence IT seeks a Business Systems Analyst in San Jose, CA with Salesforce expertise and hands‑on experience using Vibe‑coding and Agentic AI to accelerate and scale delivery. The role supports workflow analysis across Marketing and Quote‑to‑Cash areas, identifies automation opportunities, and optimizes workflows across Salesforce and other enterprise systems in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support to define future‑state, end‑to‑end workflows and success metrics—including cycle time, handoffs eliminated, adoption, and compliance.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce solutions optimized for scalability, performance, and native platform functionality.
  • Assess upstream/downstream impacts across integrated systems, document system interactions, data dependencies, and exception paths.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria—including agent‑ready rules and guardrails.
  • Provide functional leadership and clarity to development and QA teams by translating end‑to‑end workflow intent, system interactions, and automation requirements into clear, actionable guidance throughout design, build, and testing.
  • Drive UAT readiness, including test planning, end‑to‑end validation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Info Sec, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted delivery techniques (including Vibe Coding/rapid prototyping) to validate concepts quickly with users and accelerate iteration.
  • Design and leverage AI agents and workflow orchestration capabilities to automate complex end‑to‑end business processes with built‑in governance, exception handling, security/access controls, and operational oversight.
Qualifications
  • 3‑4 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting large‑scale enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce/application experience including Sales Cloud, Conga CPQ, and Marketing apps such as Marketo, Hub Spot, or Pardot.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing & Sales processes including lead generation and qualification, Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
  • Hands‑on experience using rapid prototyping or AI‑assisted development techniques (e.g., Vibe Coding, low‑code/no‑code).
  • Ability to build consensus among cross‑functional stakeholders at multiple organizational levels on approach and outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security—including permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, incremental releases, and rapid feedback loops.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or Software Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • Comfortable driving clarity and outcomes in fast‑moving, ambiguous situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud).
  • Experience working on CRM, CPQ, ERP, and related platforms.
  • Experience designing and leveraging AI agents and workflow orchestration capabilities to automate business processes.
  • Experience in the high‑tech or semiconductor industry supporting complex, global and highly integrated business processes.
