Job Mission:
The Data Science Organization at ASML‑Brion is looking for an experienced Principal Data Scientist who is passionate about building data products and data systems. The Data Science team leverages vast amounts of data acquired from our hardware and software products. As our vision expands, so does the opportunity to make important contributions to the company and its customers through data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand existing business flow and product features, dive into the underlying data, and apply relevant data mining techniques.
• Apply machine learning algorithms, propose data analytic products to improve product intelligence, and implement applicable prediction and optimization models.
• Deliver trained models to production and maintain them.
• Design, build, and support algorithms for data transformation, conversion, and computation on Hadoop and other distributed big data systems.

Context of the Position:
This role primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, and daily use of a computer. You may stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings. The physical demands of the position are essential functions of the job, and employees must be able to perform these tasks for extended periods.
