Responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Callidus solutions for incentive compensation and sales performance management. Ensures accurate commission processing, seamless data integration, and actionable reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities- Configure SAP Callidus Commissions/CPQ (rules, plans, formulas, workflows) aligned to business requirements
- Manage end-to-end commission processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts
- Handle data integration & ETL using Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and external system interfaces
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and system support
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards (e.g., Crystal Reports) for performance insights
- Manage Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) including hierarchies, roles, and security
- Perform testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support system optimization for large-scale processing
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ)
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting
- Solid understanding of Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management (SPM)
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and APIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of performance tuning and data optimization
