JOB SUMMARY
Perform end-to-end management of a single project or deliverable, ensuring the agreed scope, timeline, and cost are met. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring the success and acceptance criteria of the project are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders and maintain positive business relationships.

• Communicate regularly with customers and address needs with empathy.

• Define project activities, responsibilities, milestones, resources, skills, interfaces, and budget.

• Optimize costs and time utilization, minimize waste, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality.

• Anticipate and manage risks with appropriate strategies and contingency plans.

• Implement defined governance models.

• Track and report project KPIs and analyze project health.

• Implement software delivery methodologies to improve project KPIs.

• Adopt and build software engineering best practices.

• Conduct requirements analysis, elicitation, scope control, and prioritization.

• Drive the creation of common standards such as design documents and traceability matrices.

• Partner with customers to define and elicit requirements.

• Conduct impact analysis for scope changes and negotiate prioritization.

• Consolidate and validate estimates at a solution level, evaluating risks.

• Review and validate estimates across service lines.

• Conduct resource planning at a project level.

• Analyze the impact of changes on estimates and resource loading.

• Identify roles and required skills, considering constraints and KPIs.

• Plan and manage small projects or modules.

• Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies for projects.

• Anticipate schedule delays and dependencies and manage them according to the risk management plan.

• Identify options to fast-track the schedule.

• Estimate work, plan, track activities, and report progress.

• Proactively identify dependencies and track them.

• Identify and track project risks and follow escalation paths.

• Document and communicate project risks and issues.

• Define a RACIA chart and communicate roles and responsibilities.

• Define and implement a communication plan.

• Support system integration testing.

• Review and mentor the team during test execution.

• Support defining the test strategy and scenarios.

• Understand the business impact of defects.

• Prioritize defects based on criticality and severity.

• Participate in defect triage meetings.

• Identify and analyze the root cause of defects.

• Interpret test results.

• Define or adopt the right tooling strategy for the project.

• Guide the team to develop efficient and high-quality work products.

• Ensure process compliance and mentor the team.

• Tailor quality guidelines and benchmarks to meet project requirements.

• Understand how proposed solutions meet client requirements.

• Understand customer technology landscapes and map business requirements to technology requirements.

• Set expectations with the customer.

• Leverage knowledge in daily work and skill development.

• Collaborate with account managers and other functions to deliver value.

• Present proposed solutions to customers, highlighting benefits.

• Understand the end goal and relevance of win themes.

• Create simple solutions or Proof of Concepts (POCs) to build confidence.

• Review other project artifacts.

• Participate in PM forums and share best practices.

• Adopt learnings and reusable methodologies from other projects.

• Implement a framework to assess team skill levels and define enhancement plans.

• Nurture innovation potential within the team.

• Provide feedback and enable team independence and growth.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in end-to-end project management.

• Ability to identify key stakeholders and maintain relationships.

• Experience in regular customer communication.

• Skills in defining project activities, responsibilities, milestones, resources, skills, interfaces, and budget.

• Ability to optimize costs and time utilization.
