Oracle Fusion SCM Lead
- 6+ years of hands‑on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience with deep functional expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Cost Management.
- Proven experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics environments.
- Strong understanding of GxP requirements, including CSV/IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance as they relate to SCM configurations.
- Experience leading end‑to‑end SCM work streams — from fit‑gap analysis and process design through UAT and go‑live support.
- Ability to engage directly with client stakeholders, document business requirements, and translate them into Oracle Fusion configurations.
- Familiarity with lot/serial number traceability, quality holds, and regulated inventory practices preferred.
