Test Technician

We’re seeking a hands‑on Electronics Technician for a 6‑month contract role to support hardware development, testing, and production activities within an innovative technology company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies, soldering, and getting deep into board‑level diagnostics.

What you’ll do:

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)
• Perform component‑level soldering and rework (required)
• Support prototype builds and hardware validation
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and lab test equipment to verify performance
• Follow test procedures, document results, and support data collection
• Assist with hardware integration and continuous improvement efforts

What you bring:

• Associate degree in Electronics (or equivalent military/industry experience)
• 1‑3+ years of hands‑on electronics troubleshooting experience
• 1‑3+ years of strong soldering and PCBA rework skills (required)
• Experience with schematics and electronic test equipment
• ESD‑safe handling knowledge
