• A passionate software engineer with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing models that address real-world problems.
• Proficiency in problem‑specific model customization: experience adapting neural network architectures such as GANs, Autoencoders, Attention Mechanisms, and Transformers or developing novel architectures for NLP, computer vision, or time‑series analysis.
• Experience handling high‑dimensional data and extracting useful patterns using dimensionality reduction or specialized network architectures.
• Proficiency in NLP and LLM: experience with BERT, GPT, or similar for deriving insights from structured or unstructured text data; building custom production NLP models for text generation or summarization is a strong plus.
• Ability to innovate with deep learning techniques to solve complex problems, combining domain knowledge and out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Expertise in model scalability and efficiency: developing models for varied environments and understanding trade‑offs between complexity and performance.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation of the latest research and techniques.

In this role, you will tackle challenging security problems by:

• Developing and implementing advanced ML models and algorithms for threat detection, anomaly detection, and risk assessment.
• Leading the training, validation, and fine‑tuning of ML models, defining and tracking security‑specific performance metrics.
• Building robust software systems to integrate, deploy, and maintain ML models in production; optimizing frameworks and ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Collaborating with software engineering teams to design deployment strategies for models into security systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Establishing effective ML and security operations processes and maintaining clear documentation of models, data pipelines, and security procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with machine learning libraries (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• 2+ years of experience building machine learning systems and scalable solutions.
• BA/BS degree with 2+ years of experience or MS degree with 1+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer.

• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical teammates.
