• Lead enterprise AI strategy and digital delivery for HR and workforce systems, ensuring alignment with long‑term Human Capital Management (HCM) objectives
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of people systems, embedding AI capabilities to drive automation, intelligence, and efficiency
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to streamline workforce management, enhance employee experience, and enable predictive decision‑making
• Act as a visionary leader for future‑state AI‑enabled HR technology architecture, continuously evaluating emerging innovations
