Credo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our PILOT team. In this role, you will develop tools that help customers ingest data from Credo products deployed in their data centers and turn that data into actionable insights that improve data center reliability. You will also partner cross functionally with optical engineers, firmware engineers, and data center operators to define meaningful reliability metrics.
Basesalary range
is $150,000 - $175,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

- Develop our PILOT software to capture data from our hardware
- Integrate data into local and cloud data pipelines
- Generate formalized and rigorous insights on ingested data
- Develop documentation explaining our tools and insights
- Work with cross functional team to define reliable and meaningful insights and provide feedback to improve products
- Develop visualizations to show data center performance
- Analyze real world data to provide insights to improve our products and customers operations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 6+ years experience with Python + related data science stack
- Strong database knowledge especially OLAP systems such as duckdb, clickhouse, snowflake, or amazon redshift
- Experience work in group setting developing software products using Git
- Knowledge cloud data pipelines / data lakes with past production integrations
- Experience with cross functional teams
- Strong data science background to scientifically formalize insights
- Front end development with JS framework (React, Vue, etc)
- CI/CD experience (Gitlab, Github, Jenkins)
- Datacenter switch infrastructure software knowledge (SONIC, EOS, etc)
