Responsibilities- Develop automated creative generation across various modalities for advertising, including text, image, video, and explore and apply LLM/SD models for high‑quality content creation.
- Develop next‑generation conversational assistant on top of LLMs to enhance user intention and context understanding and complex task completion capabilities.
- Be self‑motivated to come up with new solutions that improve chat experience, model outputs, and explore new products with generative AI at its core.
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant development experience and demonstrated knowledge of machine learning technology (Rec Sys/NLP/CV).
- Experience in utilizing generative AI technology in marketing texts, images and videos, and familiarity with LLMs and model fine‑tuning (instruct tuning, SFT, RLHF, etc.).
- Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem‑solving.
- Good team player, with communication skills and preferred project management experience.
- Strong perseverance and courage to help the business reach a higher level.
Base salary range: $244,800 - $450,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
