Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical program management.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Experience delivering software and hardware projects within iOS.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Experience driving and influencing large teams, including executives.
- Ability to develop in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and lead programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This strategic, high‑stakes leadership role focuses on iOS and core platform development for AR, ensuring first‑time integration of AR with iOS and building system services fundamentals such as media components. The role serves as the technical authority for iOS architecture and delivery of next‑generation products, while managing a portfolio that drives high velocity, stability, and quality. The lead will identify and resolve technical gaps, improve processes and tools, and empower a high‑performing team of Technical Program Managers.
Responsibilities- Develop strategy, define, lead, and own the execution of strategic XR programs from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall product goal and business objectives.
- Drive program schedules, identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, build alliances, and advocate for program needs across different organizations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX Design, Research, and Operations to deliver high‑quality XR products and services.
- Lead triage with tech leads on incoming challenges for focus areas.
- Manage a team of TPMs, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
US: $240,000 - $334,000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
