Job Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Front-End Web Developer with strong Webflow expertise to build, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible, and scalable websites. The role involves close collaboration with design, marketing, and product teams to enhance digital experiences and uphold brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using Webflow, aligning with design and performance standards.
- Develop responsive web experiences for multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to implement A/B testing results and improve performance.
- Ensure all websites meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for inclusive user experiences.
- Create scalable, reusable design components and systems aligned with brand and UX guidelines.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (design, product, marketing) for seamless project delivery.
- Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and performance through front‑end best practices.
- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve layout or functionality issues.
- Maintain consistent design and function across browsers.
- 5 to 15 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
- Proven expertise in Webflow with a strong project portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience applying A/B testing insights in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and accessible site building.
- Hands‑on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Proven ability to build scalable design systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience integrating CMS and third‑party tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Work hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, with core hours from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT.
- Hybrid preferred (2 days per week in San Jose office) but flexible for remote arrangements.
- Team
: 2 web producers, 3 SEO specialists, and 1 A/B testing specialist. - Emphasis on teamwork, empathy, and positive culture.
- Ideal candidate is flexible, approachable, and a strong communicator who values collaboration.
