IT Security Senior Project Manager / Project Manager II

UST is searching for a driven and experienced Senior Information Security Project Manager to oversee multiple simultaneous global initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, as well as proficiency in reporting, dashboard development, and a broad range of Cyber Security and Technology projects.

• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information on project phases, tasks, duration, resources, and costs.
• Participates in developing plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments for projects subject to management review and approval.
• Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, business unit functional areas, and project development teams to ensure effective project coordination. Facilitates communication among project participants to expedite processes, resolve issues, and problems. Schedules and facilitates meetings on project status and issue resolution.
• Determines specific project deliverables, defines the process for the review and approval of deliverables, and specifies quality criteria for deliverables assessment.
• Defines project scope subject to management approval, establishes the process for altering the scope, and responds to requests for changes to the scope.
• Builds time estimates, develops project schedule, and addresses scheduling problems as they arise.

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Cyber/Information security project management.
• Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge in managing Global Migrations.
• Knowledge of Google Sec Ops platform.
• Working knowledge of reporting and dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools, including software.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with information security/Technology/Infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master.
