Senior Information Security Project Manager
Responsible for overseeing multiple simultaneous global initiatives in Information Security. Focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle, reporting and dashboard development, and a range of Cyber Security and technology projects.
Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and summarize information on project phases, tasks, duration, resources, and costs.
- Participate in developing plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and resource assignments for projects under management review.
- Act as liaison among internal and external stakeholders, business unit functional areas, and project development teams to ensure effective coordination.
- Facilitate communication among project participants, expedite processes, and resolve issues.
- Determine project deliverables, define review and approval processes, and specify quality criteria.
- Define project scope subject to management approval; establish process for scope changes.
- Build time estimates, develop project schedule, and address scheduling problems as they arise.
- 8+ years of project management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Cyber/Information security project management.
- Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes.
- Experience managing global migrations.
- Knowledge of Google Sec Ops platform.
- Working knowledge of reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including software.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk, and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira, etc.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with information security/Technology/Infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master.
