Responsibilities:
1. Lead product strategy for vertical search ads and drive product upgrades with AI technologies to build differentiated competitive advantages
2. Apply AI to optimize traffic strategy and relevance in search ads, focusing on intelligent bidding, intent understanding, and related areas to improve user experience and advertiser ROI
3. Lead innovative AI exploration in search ad scenarios and drive 0 to 1 product delivery, such as AIGC/agentic transactions, while designing ad formats tailored to vertical industries
4. Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, sales, and other teams to scale AI products from R&D to commercial deployment
5. Use a data-driven approach to define core metrics, build A/B testing systems, continuously iterate the product, and partner with commercial teams to drive scaled customer adoption
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related fields; candidates from other majors with equivalent practical capabilities are also welcome. 5 years of search advertising experience, with deep expertise across the full search ad chain and ecosystem, including recall, ranking, bidding, and creative. Hands-on experience applying AI in search advertising scenarios, including but not limited to smart bidding, query understanding, ad relevance modeling, and generative ad creative, with strong understanding of AI productization paths.
Ability to lead AI-driven open-ended product exploration, independently define problems, develop strategies, and drive execution in ambiguous environments with unclear technical boundaries. Strong data-driven mindset, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, international communication ability, and strong written documentation skills. Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion.

Compensation Description (Annually):
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $396000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
