ML Monitoring Analyst

Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a data-savvy analyst to design and build advanced monitoring systems that improve data quality and enhance compliance oversight. This role will lead efforts to detect anomalies, increase data trust, and surface actionable compliance insights using machine learning and AI technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and data pipelines for continuous monitoring of compliance metrics.
• Build and tune anomaly detection models and predictive algorithms to identify irregularities and potential compliance risks.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data from multiple enterprise sources to ensure data integrity and readiness for ML workflows.
• Collaborate closely with compliance leads and data teams to define and refine monitoring rules, thresholds, and alert mechanisms based on domain knowledge and model outputs.
• Integrate Azure AI services, including Azure ML and Azure Data Factory, to automate data processing, model deployment, and real-time monitoring.
• Explore and apply Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Azure AI tools for advanced data analysis and compliance insight generation.
• Contribute to the development and execution of a data-driven monitoring strategy aligned with organizational compliance goals.

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation, ETL pipelines, and ML model development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure ML Studio, or Databricks environments.
• Solid understanding of anomaly detection techniques, time series analysis, and data validation methods.
• Familiarity or interest in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT models, Azure OpenAI, or similar for data analysis or natural language processing tasks.
• Experience building automated, interactive reporting dashboards using Power BI or comparable BI tools.
