Salesforce Project Manager (PM)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related integrations.
• Own project planning, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables for Salesforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear project plans, user stories, and milestones.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between business teams and Salesforce delivery teams (Architects, Developers, Admins, QA).
• Drive Agile execution including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release coordination.
• Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, and compliance.

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including data model, flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery and using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivery, timelines, and quality.

• 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale Salesforce programs.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant) and Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM) are a plus.
