Contracts Specialist
A Contracts Specialist is responsible for supporting the management of the company's contractual agreements with customers, in the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions. The Contracts Specialist also maintains accurate contract records and databases and assists in identifying and mitigating any contract-related risks. Additionally, this role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as the Contracts Specialist will work closely with program managers, legal teams, and customers to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
Position will support programs in the Intelligence Systems (IS) portfolio, with support to the larger Space, Cyber & Intelligence (SC&I) Line of Business (LOB) as needed. Cleared work will eventually be a job requirement, including support across the larger group. Ability to work in the office a minimum of two days a week will be required, with additional days necessary for peak activity, program deliverables, high-side-only meetings, and proposals.
Position shall identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency.
