Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver the overall project plan from initiation to BAU for assigned markets (Spain/LATAM).
Define and manage field testing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates, monthly progress reports, and escalate blockers to senior leadership as needed.
Drive and support remediation efforts to meet acceptance targets:
- 90% acceptance within 90 days
- 95% acceptance within 6 months
Transition market to BAU monitoring once remediation targets are achieved.
Proactively identify merchant testing needs thorough market analysis and data insights.
Maintain and regularly update merchant test lists
Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to stay aligned with market trends and project progress.
Resolve business and technical issues effectively, navigating complex internal structures with strong leadership.
