Principal Value Advisor

Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Value Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

San Jose, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

$200,200 – $289,900 annually

• Lead advisory sessions with senior customer executives to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct value measurement workshops aligning key customer collaborators on metrics
• Develop data-driven value hypotheses using industry benchmarks and customer data
• Create and publish best practices and ROI models for customer engagements
• Build reusable assets to scale impact and hasten team enablement
• Translate the company’s technical capabilities into financial outcomes for clients
• Promote adoption of the company’s value methodology across the AMER ecosystem

• 5-10+ years in value engineering, management consulting, or strategy roles
• Proven success in building arguments for enterprise technology programs
• Strong capability in financial modeling
• MBA preferred for enhanced financial and storytelling skills
• Ability to distill complex data into executive-ready insights
• Experience engaging with senior executives in large enterprises
• Familiarity with the company Experience Cloud or similar technologies is a plus
