Location:

San Jose OR San Francisco, CA. Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2.

This role involves building an AI-powered central knowledge repository to capture structured team information, such as test results and project updates. The goal is to create an AI query layer that allows authorized users to get accurate, high-level summaries on demand, enabling leadership and teammates to receive immediate answers. Additionally, the role requires establishing lightweight processes and documentation for ongoing maintenance and exploring easier access to commonly used metrics.

This is a hands‑on operations role focused on building and delivering AI solutions rapidly within a 6-month engagement.

• Build a central knowledge repository for structured inputs (test results, PMM project updates, etc.) in a consistent, maintainable format.
• Develop an AI query layer on top of the repository for on-demand, high-level summaries.
• Create an end-state experience where leadership and teammates can get immediate answers.
• Establish lightweight processes and documentation for repository upkeep.
• (Stretch Objective) Develop easier access to commonly used metrics in partnership with Analytics and Finance.

• Operations mindset with an understanding of team functions, information flow, and tool adoption.
• Hands‑on fluency with enterprise AI platforms and agent frameworks (e.g., Claude, Glean, Copilot, or equivalents).
• Proven track record of personally building and shipping AI-powered tools.
• Success in introducing user‑centric processes for minimal friction in maintaining the tool.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving at a fast pace.
• Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity working with marketing or PMM organizations.
• Experience integrating or surfacing data from multiple sources.
• Prior experience working within or alongside a Strategy & Operations function.
