Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics & Reporting Analyst 3 to join Adobe’s world‑class team! This is your chance to contribute to innovative projects that are crafting the future of technology. You will build and maintain full BI solutions in Power BI. You will also develop ELT/ETL pipelines and integrate powerful AI features into our reporting and analytics processes.

• Develop and sustain data models, semantic layers, and dashboards in Power BI.
• Write and optimize advanced DAX for correctness and performance.
• Configure and monitor Power BI capacity, utilization, and refresh health.
• Apply row‑level security and grasp application security layer models.
• Design and sustain ELT/ETL pipelines in Databricks using Delta Lake and medallion architecture.
• Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs, workflows, and data refresh processes.
• Develop and manage Databricks‑native reports, dashboards, and analytics assets.
• Incorporate Databricks AI and Gen AI features into reporting and analytics workflows.
• Write and maintain Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and reporting tasks.
• Support ad‑hoc executive requests and planning deliverables.
• Help evaluate and incorporate innovative technologies into our tech stack.

• Degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Proven experience with Power BI and Databricks.
• Strong expertise in advanced DAX and data modeling.
• Outstanding proficiency in building and managing ELT/ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and application development.
• Ability to effectively apply row‑level security and application security models.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience paired with expertise in AI and Gen AI capabilities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $85,300 – $186,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $128,600 - $186,200.

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
