Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company. Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience delivering or managing large, open-ended operational or strategic problems. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders on operational projects. Experience collaborating with partner teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Research) to produce solutions.

As the Product Operations Lead, you will sit at the intersection of these critical missions, translating complex strategy into operational excellence.

In this role, you will lead operations for the Cybersecurity and Data Protection team. You will establish the rhythm of the business, drive execution, and partner closely with the Product Management Organization's Chief of Staff and Project Management Organization (PMO) leads. As a team-multiplier, you will design the reusable processes and infrastructure that enable our product teams to build fast and safely.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to evolve our development lifecycle and align on shared goals across Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $150000 - $218000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google.

Responsibilities Drive operational leadership and strategic initiatives within the Cybersecurity team, managing special projects and triaging time-sensitive tasks under leadership direction. Partner with business and finance stakeholders to connect product innovation with financial performance, establishing a mature framework to measure return-on-investment regarding team allocations and computing costs. Develop tracking and reporting systems for organization Key Results and metrics, including product health, operational efficiency, development velocity, and progress against strategic security goals.

Implement and align the Product Development Lifecycle (PLC) with product managers and PMO teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality standard for planning and launches. Establish cross-functional customer engagement models and data infrastructure to synthesize customer feedback, prioritize product roadmaps, and scale team enablement and onboarding programs.
