Job Description:

Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs and drive end‑to‑end delivery across global teams.

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional programs and drive end‑to‑end delivery across global teams.
• Translate business objectives into actionable engineering roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution from planning through release.
• Define program strategies, manage roadmaps, and establish operating rhythms (OKRs, QBRs) to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business functions.
• Oversee Agile program execution using tools such as Jira, track progress through data‑driven dashboards, and ensure visibility into delivery metrics.
• Drive end‑to‑end SDLC execution, including BAT, UAT, and release management, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Lead war‑room operations, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Focus on continuous process improvement, leveraging AI‑driven insights and automation to enhance efficiency, optimize engineering velocity, and reduce operational overhead.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment on technical and business priorities.
• Maintain hands‑on expertise in tools and technologies such as Jira, CI/CD, SQL, and experience working with enterprise platforms like SAP, alongside strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• 8–10 years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience with Oracle SCM Consulting and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, CI/CD, SQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $173,800, depending on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave policies.
