- Drive insights across the GTM funnel, with a strong focus on acquisition, conversion, trials, and gross new ARR.
- Lead the team's business performance cadence, delivering weekly performance insights, a clear and aligned narrative on drivers of performance, and actionable recommendations on risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, GTM, Sales, and Product to develop strategy, prioritize opportunities, and inform investment decisions.
- Apply advanced analytics and data science methods, including segmentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling, to improve decision- making and business performance.
- Improve analytical rigor, business storytelling, and the use of advanced analytics to scale decision-making.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, with strong business facing experience
- 4+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing high performing teams of analysts or data scientists
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, lifecycle management, retention, and subscription or product-led growth models.
- Demonstrated ability to connect customer behavior and funnel metrics to business outcomes such as conversion, retention, and ARR growth.
- Experience driving business performance rhythms, including recurring performance reviews, executive updates, and insight generation that informs near-term actions and longer-term strategy.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing senior partners across Finance, Marketing, Product, GTM, and Sales.
- Solid foundation in analytics and data science methods, including experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred, such as Master's in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
