Our client seeks a Project Manager to lead a script governance initiative that ensures Intent equals Execution across internal and legacy scripts. The role will coordinate inventory, risk assessment, validation, and remediation activities for both frontbook and backbook scripts, while owning the communications workstream within a PMO framework. The Project Manager will drive timelines, remove blockers, maintain accurate tracking, and deliver concise updates to leadership.
Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Drive the Intent = Execution framework by coordinating script identification, risk assessment, validation, and uplift against established timelines.
- Partner with business teams to clear blockers and ensure governance tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain an organized pipeline for frontbook and backbook scripts to meet milestone commitments.
- Serve as the point of contact for scheduling, training, guidelines, and support resources.
- Coordinate backbook and DFS milestones, including complete inventory and risk assessments by June 30, 2027, and finalized remediation plans by June 30, 2027.
- Monitor and ensure uplift of all in-scope high-risk scripts by December 31, 2027, to meet I=E standards.
- Own workstream communications, notifying intent owners and developers of quarterly data packs and required actions.
- Drive accountability through targeted communications that highlight milestones and outstanding deliverables.
- Create and present data‑backed status, metrics, and risk updates to senior leadership.
- Escalate risks and schedule slippage early and propose mitigation paths.
- Validate tracking accuracy in partnership with data analysts and correct record issues.
- 5+ years as a project manager delivering IT, data, or audit/compliance projects.
- Demonstrated ability to hold cross‑functional teams accountable to timelines.
- Experience designing and executing structured communications for diverse audiences.
- Ability to present complex technical testing and risks clearly to executives.
- Proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Preferred: PMO framework expertise and PMP certification.
