Head Of Global Enterprise Applications

We are seeking a strategic and business-focused technology leader to serve as our Head of Global Enterprise Applications. Reporting directly to the CTO, this individual will lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and optimization of the company's enterprise applications ecosystem across a global organization.

This role oversees multiple application teams supporting Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Retail Operations, Enterprise Integrations, and Corporate Functions. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise systems leadership with exceptional business acumen and the ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across a complex global environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the global Enterprise Applications organization, managing approximately 45+ professionals through multiple managers and functional leaders.
• Owning the strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery of enterprise platforms, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, Retail Technology, and Enterprise Integrations.
• Partnering closely with executive leadership across Finance, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and Technology to align systems strategy with business objectives.
• Driving enterprise-wide modernization, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Establishing governance, prioritization, project management, and operational excellence practices across the applications portfolio.
• Overseeing enterprise integrations and ensuring systems operate securely, efficiently, and at scale.
• Leading vendor selection, contract negotiations, and strategic technology investments.
• Developing and mentoring leaders while building a high-performing global organization.
• Managing budgets, resource planning, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• Supporting ongoing global growth initiatives and expansion across multiple regions.

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, Enterprise Technology, or related functions.
• Experience managing managers and leading multiple application teams within a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated success overseeing enterprise platforms supporting Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation, modernization, and business systems initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Prior software engineering or technical background strongly preferred.

Preferred experience includes:

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Workday, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting global organizations with multiple business units, regions, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading organizations of 40+ employees through multiple layers of management.
• Background in consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Experience modernizing enterprise application ecosystems and driving cloud-first technology strategies.
